Aqua Dining is a refined restaurant, both modern and minimalist in space, creating a truly unique Sydney wedding experience.
The talented kitchen team, led by Anthony Redondi, has created both a comprehensive cocktail style and formal dining menu, heralding full flavoured food that is also visually stunning. The sit down style menu allows your guests to make a selection from three entrees, three mains and three desserts on the day so you are able to offer your guests something they will really enjoy. An in-house sommelier works with the kitchen team to create an exquisite beverage offering to suit every menu. Aqua Dining is always happy to please when it comes to tailoring a special menu or beverage package based on the bride and groom’s specific requirements.
Aqua Dining has won numerous awards over its ten years, in particular – Restaurant Wedding Caterer of the Year 2007, 2008 and 2010 (Restaurant & Catering Awards NSW). An Aqua Dining wedding coordinator will look after your requirements from point of booking up until the big day where a specialised functions manager will oversee the proceedings. There will be nothing left for the bride and groom to do on the day but enjoy themselves and the stunning harbour view.
